The beauty of Australian themes has intrigued Wayne, since he arrived in Australia from New Zealand in 1989. So he turned them into artworks that he hopes will bring joy to locals and visitors alike.
He has since recreated entry tables inspired by scenes from the mighty Blackwood River in the South-West with local trout, frogs playing out a game of survival around a submerged log. Mangroves and water scenes from Karijini with barramundi, crocodiles and Osprey eagles. Marine themes from our coastal areas with pelicans, snapper and coral. His eucalyptus and blue wrens in particular have become his signature style.
